Overview

*This filter screws into the 1/4" input port of Countertop filter systems. Not for use with undercounter or in-line filter systems.

Ideally used for:

2. Water High in Iron/Rust

3. Hard Water (see hardness map)

4. Older homes with aged plumbing systems

5. If your filter water flow is significantly reduced in less than 4 months.  (Strong indicator that suspended particles are prematurely clogging your carbon block cartridge).




Extend the life of your sediment/carbon block filter cartridges with this washable pre-filter attachment. Screws into the input of your filter unit and the stainless steel mesh blocks particles 5 micron (.0002 inches or 5x smaller than beach sand) or larger from entering the system.
