   I bought the latest model with 4 filters. I'm very pleased. Water tastes great. The owner walked me through the sale and was very patient and helpful. My plumber installed it without problems.    After months of researching water filters and still not feeling comfortable with a particular direction, I came across a blog of a natural health practitioner recommending PureEffect filters. I hadn't heard of them before so started looking into them. I called and spoke with Igor the owner multiple times and he patiently answered all of my questions. He wasn't trying to sell me on his products but was helping advise me as to the best direction for my family. I decided on the new 5 stage filter system with UV light protection. Due to my desire to reduce fluoride as much as possible above all other contaminants, he recommended two FluorSorb cartridges instead of one. We just had the system installed and it is working great.
