This is a great product! I appreciate all the research that went into its development.

I've been using the Ultra-Disinfect Countertop system for one year now. After the initial flush of the harmless grey filter particulate as stated in the instruction manual (this took several days), the filter system has consistently produced crystal clear, pure water with absolutely no after-taste typically experienced when metals and chemicals are present. It's reassuring to know that this product filters out toxins such as fluoride, radiation residue and pharmaceuticals.

My daily drinking water usage is reasonably low - about 1.5 gallons per day - so I only have to change out my cartridges once annually. Other than that, the system is virtually maintenance-free! It was easy to set up, super easy to use, and I would not want to be without it!
