I've used the filters for several years. I've noticed having more energy and I attribute it to the lack of chemicals in my water. The system was easy to set up originally and it's very easy to replace the cartridges. Living in New Mexico there's always a concern about the water quality, particularly with radioactive particles which are known to exist in the public water supply, and I appreciate the peace of mind my filters give me. These people are very pleasant to deal with and have always gone out of their way to be helpful.
