HOW IT WORKS:

STEP 1. Purchase this service.
STEP 2. Email us clear photos of all aspects of installed system.
STEP 3. Our Technicians will thoroughly review the install.
STEP 4. A list of all detected issues and their solutions will be emailed to you within 2 business days* in a report.

This service also includes a final review of new photos after recommended corrections have been made and phone support (if necessary).

Note: You can show our official report to your installer so they may correct their mistakes free of charge.   In some cases the errors are easy to correct without an installer having to come back and we can guide you through this by phone.
