This company has great customer service— one of the reasons we picked them! My husband installed the filtration system with little to no problems. We’ve had it up and running for two weeks. Works well and gives us a piece of mind. Unlike other reviewers, we can not taste the difference. I’m planning on buying a water testing kit to follow up on the current quality of our water now that the system has been installed.

Regarding not tasting a difference, this is usually the case when your water does not tend to have a lot of chemicals which can be perceived to begin with, however, there are many contaminants that cannot be easily detected by taste like Fluoride, Radiation, Drug Residues and others which the system will remove.
