The water tastes soooo good! I had to purchase another faucet so that it would match my other facet, but that was not a problem. The maintenance team, in my high rise, installed it. When the new faucet didn't fit the tubing, Perfect Effect immediately sent me a link to a connector that would fit it. The customer service is top notch! Once I received the connector, it was a breeze for building maintenance to install it. No leaks! It's perfect! So glad I purchased from them.
