    I hooked it up without a plumber . It was very logical and easy to follow the instructions .
    The water feels more alive and is tastier than the gravity system i had before this .
    It is nice to have it under the counter with just the spout accessible above .
    It was also easy to contact the company and get reassurance this would fit under my counter . They are a very responsible company .

    I can't even remember when I began using these filters, its been that long ago. Other filters that claim to do the same as these filters cost wayyy more. Why would I switch? I can tell the difference between the water quality when I install new cartridges. The water tastes cleaner.

    If I have a question or a problem I know I can talk to a LIVE breathing person (Igor), NOT a robot/(AI). They can be so annoying and time consuming. I won't buy from robots!

    In my opinion everyone should use Pure Effect filters. Easy to install and simple to use.

    We recently ordered this system to replace our current system of another brand. The leak stop and pressure regulator were the two features that set this system apart from other brands. Our plumber installed it and discovered a defective part. (Conceivable the part was damaged during installation; we could not identify what was wrong with it.) When I called customer service, they apologized and literally had a replacement part in the mail within an hour of my phone call and it arrived in two days. Their communication was top-notch and the replacement part had the system working in five minutes. Very happy with our purchase!

    Went from a reverse osmosis system to our under counter unit about a year ago. We love how this system filters more chemicals out of the water and believe it is a much better system for us as we live in the country around farmland that is constantly sprayed. Customer service has been excellent and the product was easy to install and has been easy to maintain.

    After 3 years of using our Pure Effect UC filter, I'm finally getting around to leaving a review. I have been researching water filters recently, as my husband and I started a plumbing business so we frequently get asked about filtration systems. After further researching Pure Effect and comparing it to other brands, they are by far the best! Our water tastes amazing and it's such a relief to know that it's properly filtered without having to add minerals back in. We will be recommending Pure Effect to anyone who asks.

  8. Pure, Clean Water at Last - Wish I had bought this sooner!

    About 6 months ago, we had our city water tested and discovered it contained lead, iron, uranium and several disinfection byproducts. After extensive research, I decided on the Pure Effect Ultra-UC (Undercounter) filtration system - and I'm so glad I did.

    From the moment we installed it, the difference was clear. The water now has zero odor and taste - just pure, clean hydration.

    But the real test came two weeks later when we sent a sample of our filtered water out to be analyzed by an independent lab. The results? No detectable levels of lead, iron, uranium or disinfection byproducts!

    This system has given us total peace of mind. If you're on the fence, don't wait as long as I did - this filter system is 100% worth it!
