1. Installation: (a) If you have a bit of handyman experience or if you're used to doing some routine home maintenance, then the installation should be fairly straightforward. If not, then you may need to get some help. (b) Know that you'll need some physical strength since, at a later point, you need to attach two more filters to those that have already been run and filled with water. The structure, at that point, is decently heavy.

2. Water Taste: My wife and I think it tastes delicious (we've been drinking it for about a month now).

3. Water Quality: I'd echo what one reviewer wrote: It certainly seems as it's high quality. However, she writes, "[F]or full disclosure, I only assume the filter is working effectively since I have not paid an independent lab to evaluate my water quality coming from the filter."

4. Customer Service: Excellent for sure.
