My family has thoroughly enjoyed the water quality of this system and the ease of use. The problems we have are with the construction and replacement of parts which have given us several difficulties, the filter housing is very difficult to replace especially with arthritic hands and the plastic tools supplied are relatively useless when applying pressure. Secondly, the new diverter being used has no instructions and I cannot figure out how to replace the plastic hose properly. Whenever I call customer service they have always been helpful.

Thanks for your review. Since your system is a single chamber model, it can be more difficult to open the housing than our multi chamber systems, with which you can gain more leverage by holding the system by one chamber while opening the other chamber with the housing wrench.

Also, we are sorry to hear about your health issue that is making it more difficult to open the housing, we always try our best to help. There is a special technique you can apply next time to help make it easier to open: Take the spout out of the system and unscrew the metal spout elbow, then place one end of the spout into the output hole on the unit and use the spout as a lever to hold the system down and prevent it from moving while opening the housing.
