We now have 3 under counter units.
Copper tea kettle no longer has mineral build up on the inside of kettle . Tea tastes cleaner and fresher.
Positive comments on how good the coffee is since we installed unit.
A must to have it hooked up to ice maker.
This product will not disappoint and. they get an A+ for customer service.

Thank you for your kind review, it's always a pleasure to read such. Just to clarify for other potential customers about the white residues that have stopped appearing on your kettle. These residues are primarily from harmless calcium in your water supply and although our systems are purposely designed to not remove beneficial minerals, there may be some reduction of mineral build-up in certain cases like yours (dependent upon water chemistry). That being said, our systems should not be relied on to resolve residues from harmless mineral buildup, but are primarily for dealing with toxic contaminants in the water.
