Installation was fairly straightforward, despite some unusual constraints under our cabinet. The instructions were excellent, but when I had a detailed question I was able to get friendly, prompt and accurate info through the technical phone support line. We spent a lot of time making sure of our placement of the counter top spigot because we didn't want to drill more than one hole in our granite counter top. There was plenty of red and blue tubing so we could re-arrange the under-counter components after installation. We didn't hang the filter units, rather we set them on the floor - it seems easier for changing the filters. Overall, it is working exactly as advertised. No leaks.
