I used to drive an hour every month to collect mountain spring water direct from the side of the mountain. I was looking for a solution to all that travel and time. We just installed the under-counter system with all the bells and whistles. It's AMAZING. The water tastes fresh and free of the odor/taste of filtered city water. I couldn't be happier. We had a plumber install it, put in a new faucet at the same time, and added a plug for the third hole in the sink bracket. It all worked perfectly. In fact, during install, the plumber had not connected something correctly and when he turned on the water, it tried to leak but the system has a leak stopper and no leak ever happened! He caught it immediately and rectified. I did not even know about the leak stopper. Everything the plumber needed was included in the package and this entire process was seamless. I am now a LOYAL customer and I'll be directing everyone to this website for filtration systems.
