This is the second year we have had our water filter system. Both my wife and I enjoy it. I recently changed the filters and called the compantywith a question. Like always, they picked up the phone immediately and answered my question. The 4 new filters I ordered arrived within 3 days and they were relatively easy to install. We are completely happy with their filter sytsem.
