I'm usually a picky water drinker, and I LOVE the taste of Pure Effect water. I've had the Ultra system for the past few months and it's worked great (no leaking, etc). I've also been really impressed with Pure Effect's incredible customer service. I wish there were more companies like them in the world that truly care about their customer's happiness and success with their products. After looking at many other filters and systems from other companies, I'm so glad I chose this one. A quality product and company both. Highly recommended!
