I only have the system for a week or so but I can absolutely tell the difference to the filter we had before. Not only does it taste great it also is very smooth...I had several people that just had a glass of water respond and praise the great taste. This is not only a great product but it seems also a great company. Everything was delivered in high quality and with very good instructions.
