It was fairly easy to install and takes up less space than my prior filter. Customer service was excellent and very customer friendly. The water tasted different to me at first so I tested it and it tested excellent on all fronts: bacteria, lead/pesticides, nitrate/nitrites, pH/chlorine. It was the only filter I could find that takes out fluoride, chlorine and chloramines, all of which my city adds to the water. The water is very smooth (something I like) and has no taste (something else I like). I would definitely recommend this filtration system to anyone on the market.
