Igor also addressed all of my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. He responded quickly by e-mail and by telephone. He went above and beyond excellent customer service. I am very pleased with my purchase thus far (it is about a month), and would highly recommend this product. The water tastes great. There is no chlorine taste or smell and many contaminants are being removed from my water, including fluoride. I am very happy with this purchase and I am glad that I selected this method over reverse osmosis.
