Had the system installed by a plumber (bad back and neck prevented me from getting under the sink, plus I'm seriously "technologically dysfunctional"). However, because he didn't read ALL of the installation instructions, the job took twice as long as it should have. Nevertheless, once the job was completed, all was well! Water tastes wonderful and I feel confident that I'm giving my body the best hydration possible!
