Excellent product and excellent customer service which is so rare these days.
I live in Brazil where all the piped water and the bottled mineral water is fluoridated. There is no choice and none of the filters manufactured here remove fluoride.
Unfortunately, when my children were growing up I was unaware of the dangers of fluoride and now I am worried about the long term effects on their health. One daughter already suffers from hypothyroidism.
I determined that my grandchildren would not be exposed to this poison however much it costs and that is why I bought the filter.
But even if they stopped fluoridating the water I would still buy the filter because of my concerns about the water being contaminated with medication and pesticides.
