   We are very happy with this water filter! The reverse osmosis system we had for 8 years broke during the pandemic. We originally looked at buying a Berkey but they were sold out. I'm so glad we found the pure effect filter instead! My husband said it was simple to install and the water tastes great- so much better than the reverse osmosis we had before. (Posted on 6/12/2020)

   I've owned my Ultra-Disinfect water filter now for just a little over a year. It is a high quality system and I'm really pleased I did the extra research and ended up with this model.
   I live in New Zealand, so I was a little hesitant originally, to purchase such a big ticket item from the States. It's a leap of faith buying something online, such as this, as it can require ongoing support for maintenance etc. However I've been more than pleased with the standard of service I receive - and I have asked Igor many a silly question on how to do things, or where to find things etc! And he patiently welcomes my emails and sets me right!
   
   So I would happily recommend this system to anyone considering a high quality water filtration system.

   I can not recommend this company and product enough! First of all, the customer service was fantastic! Every email I sent was responded to very quickly and was very helpful. The product arrived quickly and my husband was able to easily install it (although he does have a plumbing background). Our well water used to have a very strong Sulfer smell and that is now completely gone. The water tastes great too! (Posted on 8/31/2019)

   The system works great! We had to get a hole drilled in our counter top and then had a plumber come install the system. It took him under 2 hours to install. We are very happy with the system and our new healthy drinking water! Customer service has been great as well! (Posted on 5/17/2019)

   Set up took about 2 hours or so. Took about 2.5 weeks for the system to stop producing bubbles in the water. Works great and tastes good.
   
   MERCHANT COMMENT: Thank you for your review! Just to note, oxygen bubbles in the water are not a defect of function, but from varying oxygen levels in the source water that the system breaks down into tiny bubbles, so they may come and go throughout usage, however, dissolved oxygen is natural, harmless and makes the water even more revitalized.     Absolutely love this system. After much research and recommendations we decided upon this system. Water tastes so fresh and clean, can't taste the typical chlorine and other harmful chemicals our drinking water is typically treated with.
