   Did some research and found this system to be one of the best quality water filtration systems and for a reasonable price. I find it very easy to assemble/disassemble and use and still enjoy this system over a gravity system. I also really liked to see the lab results they put on their website from the National Water Testing Laboratory which gives me peace of mind to see how much pollution/poison is filtered out of our toxic water supply.    This countertop filter system is wonderful. It filters so many toxic things. I noticed immediately how good and pure the water tasted, as compared to the RO water I was purchasing.    Cloudy water for about 2 weeks with a bit of sediment at start of use. Just be patient the system clears the water up real nice. We are 1 month in on the use of this filtration system and Good flavor to the water now and no cloudiness or sediment in each glass. Family is pleased and so am I.

   I'm extremely happy with the water filter system. I researched and researched and finally found a filter that was capable of doing everything I needed it to do. I just recently found out, too, that the filter removes Glyphosate, (Roundup) from the water which has been linked to breast cancer. There are so many herbicides and chemicals and who knows what else in our water these days and all these contaminants can have such an ill effect on our health. The water filter system was super easy to install with minimum upkeep. The company has terrific customer service and any questions I have had were always quickly answered. It is exactly what I was hoping for in a water filter. My daughter went away for a few days - and you know what she really missed - the water. :) (Posted on 7/10/2013)

   Living near the Pacific Coast, we were looking for something to filter out radiation, aluminum, as well as all the other impurities many filters cover. Have been very happy with the unit we bought. Easy to set up. Works beautifully. Like the spout design. The water tastes good.    Absolutely the best purchase you can make. After much research into water purification products I found the Pure Effect Filter System to have incredible quality of design, manufacture and customer service, in addition to great tasting pure water. I've never been able to drink tap water without being left with a metallic after taste and a sense that I was more thirsty than before. Kicking the bottled water habit became a priority after sensing a degradation in even the water that I was purchasing and finding that the plastic leeches into the water. I was concerned about the environmental impact of all that plastic. Through exploring this website I found a wealth of valuable information and a high level of customer service. I am over joyed with the products quality construction and ease of installation. The water that I now refrigerate in glass containers has a great taste and I'm confident that it is purified from toxins like fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals and now radiation, that are even present in bottle water. Happily the Nestle corporation does NOT have my business now as I feel that drinking pure water IS a right that we should all have as human beings sharing this planet. (Posted on 6/14/2013)

    I was hesitant to spend money on a water filter,but now I'm so glad I did. I also did some research and decided that this system was the best I could find for the price. The reviews helped me make up my mind. It was easy to set up(even for un-handy me!) and now I actually like drinking water. I needed to kick my diet soda habit,but didn't want to drink water out of plastic bottles.
